On the Anti-foot-binding Ideas in Modern China

After the Opium War,coincidental with the influx of bourgeois democratic ideas,anti-foot-binding ideas arose in modern China.They formed in Constitutional Reform and Modernization Period,and further developed during the Revolution of 1911.As an important component of bourgeois-democratic ideas in modern China,men and women's equality ideas not only have their historical inevitability of emerge and development,but also have undeniable historical significance in modern China,however,there exists some uncoverable limitation in them.
