Non-traditional Security and China's Peaceful Development Road

China must view environmental security, energy security, social security and other non-traditional security issues strategically and include them in national development strategy and national security strategy, list them in the important decision-making agendas of the governments at different levels and have them validated in the form of legislation. As a responsible country, China should pay more attention to human security, social security and public security in its development, establish alert system, information clarity system, crisis response system, public opinion supervision system, department coordination system and international cooperation system to prevent non-traditional security crises.
