Abstract
To evaluate the inhibitory effect of 84 disinfectant, strong disinfection and 1+1 disinfectant,we randomly selected three sheds from one of cattle and sheep feedlot in Huangzhong. The Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were selected for target bacteria. Each shed were sampled and counted colony before and after disinfecting. The results showed that the disinfection effect of 84 disinfectant was best, strong disinfection was good,1+1 disinfectant was worst. The pollution of the three sheds is serious, microorganisms categories are various, comprehensive the effect of three kinds disinfectant, suggestion for the farmer use 84 disinfectant and use of different disinfectants at intervals to reduce microbial tolerated.
