Evaluation on Selection of Disinfectant and Disinfection Effects in Scaled Chicken Farms

Abstract

Limited dilution method and bacterium suspension mixture quantitative germicidal test were adopted to measure bactericidal capability of five disinfectants and select high germicidal disinfectants as well as provide the references for the clinical application through disinfecting effects comprehensive evaluation of field disinfection test.The results demonstrated that,disinfectant E showed the most remarkable activities,however,disinfectant D showed lower activities than disinfectant E,disinfectant C,B and A showed weaker activities.Field experiment also indicated that disinfectant E was much better than D,the mortality of chicken in test group decreased 2.86%(P0.05) by using disinfectant E to disinfect chicken house.Therefore,disinfectant E has better effects and is suitable for spraying disinfection in scaled chicken farms.
