Abstract

Not only public law but also private law are needed to protect national natural resources.Regulating the protection of environmental resources in the form of private law and realizing the combination of public law and private law can help natural resources' sustainable utilization gain more guarantee means.Real Laws is an important means of private protection,and can effectively protect the national natural resources on sides of proprietorship and usufructuary right.
