Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of the expression of FⅧ RAg and CD34 and the measurement of microvascular density(MVD) in prostatic carcinoma(PC).Methods 30 cases of PC and 30 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) were studied for FⅧ RAg and CD34 expression by immunohistochemistry(S P),MVD was measured as well. Results The value of MVD with CD34 high expression was higher than that of with FⅧ RAg high expression. There were significant differences in CD34 and FⅧ RAg determined MVD value between PC and BPH,different clinical stages, differentiation degrees and prognosis of PC( P 0.01 ).Conclusion MVD is closely related to the differentiation, clinical stage and prognosis of PC.The measurvements of MVD combined with CD34 and FⅧ RAg expression in PC can improve its accuracy.
