An Analysis of the Current Development and Countermeasures about the Old Industrial Base in the Northeast

The traditional Northeast industrial base is the strategic important place of our country's economic development.Based on the essence of recycling economy,the conflict of resource and environment is the main problem which is blocking the developing of Northeast China through the analysis of the cost of resource and environment for economy development in the past long time.Then the countermeasures of recycling economy are proposed.Combining the revitalizing Northeast China and developing recycling economy is the key of reconstruction of Northeast China,and also the footstone of building a model of resource-ecnomical and the environment-friendly society.
