Abstract
On Sep.2, 2003, a earthquake (M=5.9) occurred in aketao, its epicentral intensity is VII. The snowslide and rolling stones that the earthquake led made hundreds of livestocks die, and part of houses were cracked in the VI area. The earthquake occured on the NNW trending tectonic belt which lie on the east of the Pamirs that new construct activity is intensive, most of faults in the tectonic belt is dextral strike-slip Holocene deep faults. There have some distance between the microseismic epicenter and macroseismic epicenter. The seismogenic structure is Bulunkou fault determined by the microseismic epicenter.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
