Abstract
Intracranial aneurysms are the most common causes of non-traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).Mortality will increase if intracranial aneurysms rupture again, so early diagnosis is very important for clinician. More and more intracranial aneurysms were detected by computed tomography angiography (CTA) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA).As a noinvasive technique, CTA is important in diagnosing intracranial aneurysms. This article will review diagnosis value and research progress of the CTA imaging techniques.
