Abstract
Objective To investigate the potential role of CT angiography on diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods The result of CTA of 100 cases was researched retrospectively and DSA was preformed on 20 of 100 cases simultaneously. The result of CTA and DSA was comparable with operation findings. Results Excepting a false positive aneurysm and neglecting an aneurysm, the finding of CTA was coincidence with operation and DSA. The CTA can provided three dimensional anatomy of aneurysms and basis for diagnosis and therapy. Conclusion CTA could be used for first imagine method to detecting aneurysms in patient with subarachnoid hemorrhage.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
