Abstract
Total flavonoids were extracted from Radix puerariae by microwave-assisted method. And the extraction process was optimized by single factor tests and orthogonal design. The results showed that the optimum extracting conditions were, solution to raw material ratio,35∶1(V/m,mL∶g);microwave-assisted extraction time,13 min;extraction temperature,75 ℃;ethanol volume fraction,50%.The yield of total flavonoids under these conditions was 7.31%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
