Budesonide Inhalation Terbutaline Treatment of Bronchiolitis

Objective To observe the budesonide aerosol inhalation terbutaline treatment of bronchiolitis.Methods All 64 patients with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups and the control group 32 cases.Control group was given budesonide treatment alone,on the basis of the observation group in this joint terbutaline inhalation therapy,comparing the two treatment efficacy and drug safety.Results The total effective observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion Budesonide inhalation terbutaline treatment bronchiolitis can significantly improve the efficacy and significantly alleviate clinical symptoms in children,drug safety,and worth promoting.
