Brief Analysis on Foreign Chinese Characters Teaching

Along with enhancement of Chinese in world status,more people start to study Chinese.However,Chinese character is inheriting five millennium civilizations of China,and itself also has its own unique characteristics.As a result,Chinese character teaching has become a key and difficult point.This article first introduced relations between foreign Chinese character teaching and teaching Chinese as a foreign language,then analyzed characteristics of Chinese characters,and finally,according to different knowledge background of learners,they have been divided into the Chinese character circle students and the non-Chinese character circle students.Based on it,the analysis of difficulties in Chinese character study is carried on separately,and then proposed some related teaching methods and questions which should be pay attention to in teaching process,hoping that it will give some help to present foreign Chinese character teaching.
