According to Marx,division of labor is not a natural phenomenon which exists in itself since the beginning of the history but a historical phenomenon which develops naturally.The historical development course of the division of labor should be and only can be explained by the distinctive angle of historical materialism.As a whole,division of labor doesn't exist since the creation of world but comes into being naturally.And the natural development of division of labor has its human and object preconditions.In its development,division of labor experienced a historical process from factor-determined stage to social factor-determined stage.
