Prenatal ultrasound is the most important and effective method for detecting fetal congenital heart disease. The regular ultrasound is fit for preliminary screening of fetal congenital heart disease,systematic ultrasonic examination can exclude most of fetal congenital heart disease,is a supplement to conventional ultrasound examination,providing important information for fetal echocardiography. For high-risk and preliminary screened fetal cardiac abnormalities,fetal echocardiography can achieve clear diagnosis of the most of the complex congenital heart disease.
