Abstract
Objective: In order to further explore the genetic effects of X chromosome abnormalities,we analyze 36 cases abnormalities karyotype of the female patients. Methods: Make use of peripheral blood lymphocyte culture、chromosome G-banding、karyotype analysis. Results: In 36 cases of abnormal X chromosome patients,we find 26 cases of number abnormalities and 10 cases of structure abnormalities. Conclusion: The female X chromosome abnormalities can cause gonadal dysgenesis、short stature、primary amenorrhea、menstrual disorders. It shows that two complete X chromosome is important to the development of gonads and signs.
