Abstract

Based on the target needs analysis theory,the paper begins with the inter disciplinary attributes and features of business English,analyzes the current situation and existing prablems in the teaching model of English major(business English oriented) at Taiyuan University of Technology and studies the cultivation mode of business English talents in terms of training objectives,teacher training,classroom teaching,textbcok selection,practical training and so on.
