Abstract
The rapid development of Internet technology makes information and communication become more efficient,but also makes the network infringement of the copyright cases occurred.The network infringement of the copyright has its own characteristics and manifestations in line with the general tort components and fixation.At this stage we can improve the copyright collective management system and strengthen efforts to support the network technology to protect network copyright.
