Infringement and Protecting Mode of Internet Copyright

The rapid development of information and network technology,while enabling people to have a faster and better access to information,brings unprecedented challenges to copyright protection.Internet copyright infringement is defined in this paper with analysis made on the main features and types of copyright infringement.It intends to establish three forms of Internet copyright protection:legal protection,technological protection and internal self-regulation and protection in the industry.Such a study can provide a useful reference for the Internet copyright protection in China.
