Early Small Bone Window Craniotomy Operation in Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage : Clinical Analysis of 63 Cases

Objective To investigate the early small bone window craniotomy operation in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage clinical application value.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2008 to 2011 years in our hospital,63 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in patients with clinical data,summary of early small bone window craniotomy operation clinical treatment experience.Results The 63 cases of patients with postoperative hematoma were completely removed in 52 cases,complete clearance rate of 82.5% small hematoma 11 cases with residual.Patients were discharged from the hospital after 6 months follow-up,19 patients recovered well(30.2%),moderate disability in 27 cases(42.9%),severe disability in 10 cases(15.9%),7 cases of death(11.1%),the survival rate is 88.9%.Conclusion Early small bone window craniotomy in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with little trauma,short operation time,intraoperative bleeding amount,simple operation and so on,it has high value in clinical application.To master the correct operation indication,selection of the appropriate operation time,mastering the operation skills to improve the success rate of operation,improve the prognosis has positive effects on.
