Abstract
Objective :To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Tiaoganlifei decoction on acute bronchial asthma and the changes of the main symptoms,physical signs,pulmonary function,blood gas analysis. Methods :Sixty patients with acute bronchial asthma,mild or moderate degree,were randomly divided into two groups:the therapeutic group with Tiaoganlifei decoction and the control group with aminophylline.Results:The total effective rate and the control excellent effective rates of the therapeutic group were 90 00% and 63 33% respectively,while 86 67% and 66 67% of the control group. Conclusion :Tiaoganlifei decoction can not only inhibit the immediate reaction of the asthma,but can antagonize the inflammation of the airway,decrease the high reactivity of the airway and inhibit the delayed reaction of the asthma.
