Discussion on strengthening the management of topic selection of professional degree postgraduate in clinical hospitals

Abstract
There’re two types of postgraduate in clinical hospitals.One is academic degree postgraduate which is engaged mainly in the basic clinical science research,the other is professional degree postgraduate mainly engaged in clinical practice in order to improve clinical skills and competence of doing clinical research.It focus on the characteristics of topic selection of professional degree postgraduate in clinical hospitals,and have concluded the questions exist in these topic selections,and we proposed countermeasures which will strengthen the management of topic selection of professional degree postgraduate in clinical hospitals,such as hospitals should strengthen the training of tutors,improve the rules of dissertation proposals,identify the types of topics and standards of the evaluation of professional degree thesis.
