Reflections on graduate cultivation: strengthen the practice ability of the professional degree postgraduate in clinical medicine

Abstract
Clinical practice ability training is the core and main content for professional degree postgraduate in clinical medicine.The level of clinical skills determines the graduate cultivation quality.Based on the former research and combined the present situation of training these postgraduates in representative medical university,this paper reviews the problems in training progress.To solve these problems,we summary the countermeasures to improve the cultivation quality of professional degree postgraduate in clinical medicine from optimize the curriculum system,standardize the training progress,complete the quality assurance system,improve the clinical research ability,and strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
