Abstract

In the process of service-oriented government construction,the managerial concepts of Sports administration are transforming from supervision to service,from centralization to decentralization,and from simplification to diversification.The sports administration should identify their functions as follows:to exercise macro-regulation over the scale of the sports development; to strengthen the supervision over the sports market;to fortify the management of social sports;and to expand the sports public services,the core and essence of sports administration.
