Learning-oriented sports administration is a new management philosophy and management style based on learning.Learning activities are to penetrate into the sports development sports administration objectives,continuously improve their learning ability,sports administration mental models,and realize sports administration staff self-transcendence.In the economic and social transformation,China's sports administration faces the changing challenge and situation under the globalization background.Building a learning sports administration reform is a necessary requirement for physical education,the key department to create service sports administration,and the protection to thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development.
