Urban management and innovations in investment and financing mechanism of city construction

Abstract
With a quick development in urbanization in China, more people and industries are moving into cities which make the city badly short of supply in basic equipments compared with the increasing demand. By analyzing the current situations and limitations of the traditional financing means for city construction, the paper puts forward some proposals about how to actualize the innovations in mechanism of financing means by advocating a new concept of urban management.
