The Study of Investment and Financing System of Urban Infrastructures Constructions in Nanchang City

Urban construction has been an important part of economic development.Beijing-Kowloon Railway in the 1990s formed transport arteries of developed-city between Nanchang,eliminated the development of transportation bottlenecks,formed the regional competitiveness of Nanchang,played a great role in promoting economic development.In recent years,it create garden city,national civilized city and One River Two Bands Program etc,accelerate to transportation,energy,water conservancy and other infrastructure for the key urban construction have made great achievements.But at the same time,the volume of huge capital supply in the urban infrastructure financing and the contradiction of financing put forward urgently required.Through researching the system and mode of infrastructure investment and financing in Nanchang,analyzing the capital sources,summarizing the experiences and infrastructure investment in Nanchang,it studies the development direction of infrastructure investment and financing,and actively explores some effective ways to investment of construction,will offer a steady supply of capital city,broaden the sources of capital city construction,realize the financing efficiency and benefit,that is of great realistic significance for the future urban construction,has certain reference value.
