Observation of early acupuncture on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To clinical effect of early acupuncture on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 94 patients with acute cerebral infarction patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups.Patient in control group received conventional western medicine therapy.46 cases in treatment group received early acupuncture,dominated in Renmai,Dumai,Yangyinjing,Taiyinjing,Jueyinjing,on the basis of conventional therapy.The course was ten days in two groups.The levels of FPG,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,CRP and NIHSS were recorded before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group(93.47%) was higher than that in control group(81.25%,P0.05).NIHSS after treatment was decreased as compared with that before treatment in two groups(P0.05).The improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P0.05).There was significant difference between two groups on CRP,blood glucose and blood lipid after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Reasonable application of early acupuncture can decrease NIHSS,CRP,blood glucose and blood lipid on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients with type 2 diabetes.
