Abstract

According to related documents both at home and abroad,the paper reviews the property of Agrobacterium rhizogenes,the contained Ri plasmid,the formation mechanism of hairy roots induced by Agrobacterium rhizogenes,as well as the characteristics,transformation method,identification and application of hairy roots,so as to provide references for the further research.
