Abstract
Objective To establish liver injury model induced by alcohol and to study the model dynamically .Methods Kumming mice were randomly divided into seven groups. They were given 50% alcohol by gavage for1,3,5,10,30and60days.The control group was given distilled water.Livers were observed pathologically, and serum was analyzed biochemcially. Results The alcoholic fatty liver(AFL)model occurred induced by 50% alcohol for60days.Conclusion The different alcoholic liver disease phases were stimulated by 50% alcohol for different times, which could be applied in screening health foods for protecting alcohol injury.
