Suggestion on Forest Management Work and Countermeasures

Abstract

In this paper, the current situation of the forest management in the state owned forest areas is analyzed. Some specific suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to deal with the five aspects of the management work, i.e.division of sub compartments by forest type, quality and methods of forest inventory, formulation of management plans for forest farms and bureaux, establishment of archives for sub compartment forest management and setting up of a forest management system.
