Discussion on the Establishment of Categorized Management of Forest Demonstration Point——Walking out the predicament of forest management

From the point of the grim situation that forest resources are facing,this paper reviews the history of forest management,and reflects on the reasons for the slum of forest management in China from these aspects:cognition,survey methods,the extent of combining textbooks with practice,survey technical means,the main body of management,etc.Based on the above analyses,this paper brings forward operating plans of establishing demonstration points for categorized management of forest,in order to create forest operation theoretical system and forest management technology system suitable for China and exert forest management functions further.
