Abstract
The experimental research on flotation-leaching technology for separating the copper ore in Xizang is carried out.A technological flowsheet of flotation of copper sulphide minerals firstly,then,flotation of copper oxide minerals under the condition of addition of small auxiliary collector YQC-64 is adopted.Research results showed that using this mineral processing technology,the copper sulphide concentrate and the copper oxide concentrate with 33.83% CuS and 16.84% CuO respectively are obtained.Total concentrate grade is 28.17%,total recovery is 87.06%.The flotation tailings is leached by using sulfuric acid as leaching agent,the grade of leaching residue can be decreased to 0.11% Cu.Test results indicated that the copper resources can be more effectively recovery by using this technology.
