Abstract

Based on the review on traditional research of property-rights,it is proposed that the essence of the property-rights is the framework of property-rights,further,the classical framework of property-rights is concluded.The Systematic Framework/5-column model of property-rights is presented.By the 5-column model,the effects of the characteristics of the objectives of property-rights(generalized resources) and their using manners on the arrangements of property-rights are discussed in details.It is pointed out that the traditional research on property-rights have been concentrated on hard-resources,and rarely on soft-resources.At last,the hierarchical structure of property-rights and relations between property-rights are presented and studied.
