Abstract
Objective To study the effect of harmonious static magnet field(HSMF) on myocardial injury by isoproterenol(ISO) in rats. Methods The experimental animal models of acute myocardial injury were made by ISO injection, the myocardial injury degree and MDA,ATP,SOD,CK were observed. Results The SOD and ATP level of HSMF group were respectively ( 607.4 ± 98.6 )U/g·HB -1 and ( 4.2 ± 0.7 )nmol/mg·ww -1 .Comparison was made between two groups. The effect of HSMF group to SOD and ATP was obviously superior to ISO group (P 0.05 ~ 0.01 ).After magnetic treatment, the MDA and CK were reduced. The myocardial injury degree was also improved. Conclusion It is suggested that HSMF having enough energy may effectively restrain the exacerbation of myocardial injury by ISO and may have effect of myocardial protection.
