Application of USB Interface in Larce Ink-fire Printer

Abstract

USB is an interface standard of computer`s external devices.Depending on its simple,fast,reliable transmission and low costs,it becomes an interface of current computer,simultaneously it is widely applied in embedded system design.This paper discusses its applications in a large ink-jet printer,mainly introduces the design of hardware circuit and firmware,and simply discusses the USB device driver and the implementation of the software on PC. Finally it discuss several methods of how to raise the data output speed.
