Abstract

Objective Application of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with respiratory failure, its clinical. Methods COPD patients with respiratory failure in 86 cases for the study will be divided into a control group and the treatment group in our hospital,43 cases in the control group with conventional drug treatment, the treatment group on the basis of airway pressure therapy. Results Before and after non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment, the total efficiency of the treatmentgroup(93.02%) was significantly higher(79.06%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05),the efficiency of the treatment group was(41.86 %) was significantly higher(32.55%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation can be a good help to improve the breathing of the patient, but also effective control complications.
