Abstract

In this paper, the callus induction and plantlet regeneration of Cerasushumilis were studied. The result showed that the callus induction rate of 98.7% when on MS+KT0.3 mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L.Leaf is more suitable as the explant of callus induction than stem, the callus inducing rate of leaf is 12.7% high than stem, and callus induction is conpact, the color is normal and the protuberance of surface is more uniformity;and the differentiation medium,MS+6-BA0.1mg/L+IAA1.5 mg/L was the best to induce buds from callus, the rate is 96%,the average of buds is 3.38;the best rooting medium was 1/2MS+IAA0.5 mg/L,the rooting rate is 70%,the average of root length of them is 4.03cm,the average of root of rooted plantlets is 5.90.For transplantion of plantlets, the soil of the rotten leaves in the forest was the best material, and the survial of plantlets could be up to 88% after transplanting soil.
