Analysis and Considerations on the Safety State of University Laboratory

Laboratories are important base for college and university to carry out experimental teaching,scientific research,personal training and science and technology innovation.Laboratory safety is crucial to security and stability of college or university and even the whole society.Recently,laboratories and their construction are developing rapidly.The safety of laboratory in colleges and universities is faced many new problems which lead to many accidents.This paper focuses on laboratory features of the present universities,security,management status and problems.Some suggestions to improve laboratory safety work are put forward.People-oriented prevention and safety first are emphasized and to be regarded as the basic principle to perform laboratory safety management.Establishing safety management system,strengthening safety education to raise safety awareness is an effective method to ensure the safety of laboratory.
