Analysis on the restricting factors of sports development in new socialist countryside and the countermeasure

With the methods of documentary data and logical analysis,this paper explored the restricting factors of sports development in new socialist countryside.The results were as follows:The development of new rural sport was the essential way to build a harmonious society.The main constraining factors of the new sports development in rural areas were the insufficient sports awareness of the farmers,the less athletic population and the irrational structure,the shortage of sports facilities and blind area of sports management.This paper suggested that the forms of rural sports need diversity,and rely on the development of rural economy,the development of education in rural areas,the scientific management,strengthening the construction of sports facilities and maintenance and actively to explore the establishment of early warning mechanism for national fitness and so on.
