Analysis and Countermeasure Research on the Restricting Factors of Sports Development in New Socialist Countryside

With the methods of documentary data and logical analysis,the restricting factors of sports development in new socialist countryside are researched.The results are as follows.Developing sports is a necessary approach of building the harmonious society and shaping the socialist new-style peasants.There are several factors restricting the development of athletic sports in new-style countryside,such as relatively standstill of countryside economic development,severely insufficient distribution of athletic resources,the backwardness of cultural construction,the weakening of main force,deficiency of athletic instructors,and too many man-made factors caused by imperfect management system.To solve these problems,several suggestions are put forward,such as the overall development of both the city and countryside's sports,more investment,improving farmers' scientific and cultural quality,developing the countryside characteristic sports,establishing the entire countryside sports legal system,and so on.
