Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of anesthesia and epidural anesthesia in cesarean section.Methods:40 pregnant women were divided into intravenous anesthesia group(12 cases) and epidural anesthesia(28 cases). The maternal surgery indicators and Apgar score were observed. Results:The entire cesarean surgery time, the disengagement time, and Apgar score for two groups were very similar(P0.05),MAP,HR,SpO2 parameters for two groups were similar and the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The effect of systemic intravenous anesthesia in cesarean section and traditional epidural anesthesia is basically the same, worthy of promotion and application.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
