The clinical value of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in obstetrics and gynecology in cesarean section analysis

Objective To investigate the analysis of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in obstetrics and gynecology in cesarean section clinical application value.Methods In our hospital in 2012May-2013year in May 92cases of cesarean section operation mothers as the research object, randomly divided into A group and B group,A group of 50cases were given combined spinal epidural anesthesia,B group of 42cases were given epidural anesthesia,observe the overall effect of two groups of patients.Results In A group,the onset time was shorter than that of group B,anesthesia effect is better than that of B group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The application of waist-in the Department of Obstetrics and gynecology in cesarean section maternal epidural anesthesia on anesthesia effect is good,worthy of clinical application.
