The Research on Cognition Thought about "De Xing Zhi Zhi"

De Xing Zhi was an important concept and advanced by Zhang Zai.It means be conscious of syncretism between heaven and man by some method.Zhang Zai try use it to demonstrate that Confucianism is reasonable.Cheng Zhu lixue uses ge wu zhi zhi(investigate things to extend knowledge) to acquire de xing zhi zhi,while Lu Wang xinxue uses meditation to acquire it.From viewpoint of psychology,the essences of these methods are similar with faith.They strengthen principle of heaven in people's mind in order to realize syncretism between heaven and man.The characteristics of this cognition as follows: first,it is served Confucianism;second,its mechanism is similar with psychology of religion;at last,it needs experience and sudden enlightenment to realize it.
