Sowing quantity and density of Qitai Onobrychis viciae folia for forage and seed production

Abstract
Sowing quantity and density of Qitai Onobrychis viciaefolia for forage and seed production were determined under irrigation condition by using different sowing quantity from 2005 to 2007.The results showed that sowing quantity 60 kg/hm2 with density 38 million to 40 million plants /hm2 was the best way for forage production while sowing quantity 45 kg/hm2 with density 26 million plants /hm2 for seed production.
