The Development of China′s Private Banking Service

With the implementation of Law of Property Rights and the relaxation of mixed operations for financial industries from supervising department,China′s commercial banks are faced with historic opportunity in developing private banking service.However,China′s banks are faced with lots of difficulties and challenges because of the lack of relevant laws about commercial banks and the existence of their own problems.Based on China′s banking industry practice,this paper puts forward some suggestions viewing from improving the environment of private banking system and strengthening private bank′s competitive ability in China.
