Abstract
The article analyzes the private banking business deeply.Through analyzing the private banking market of our country,it digs the problems of China's private banking and studies the traditional organizational structure of China's commercial banks which does not suited to the development of the private banking business,as well as the defects in the business model.Then it presents the practical management measures of the development of China's private banking to improve and perfect the private banking sector continuously.
