Abstract

Xu Yue’s poems reflected the political situation at the time and showed his great attention to the future and the destiny of his country. He was concerned about people, revealed and animadverted on the ruling class and their cruelties. He thought about the future of the country and its people, and actively looked for a way to achieve national prosperity. He enthusiastically described the new things and the beautiful scenery of his country. He presented the image of a poet who loved life and cared for the country and its people.
