Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the influence of azone in different concentrations on transcutaneous permeation of amino-phylline through in vitro rat skin. METHODS:To determine and calculate the cumulative quantity(Q) ,flux(J)and permeation coefficient(Kp). RESULTS: All the tested concentrations of azone in aminophylline cream could enhance the transcutaneous permeation ofdrug. CONCLUSION:The permeation of drug from cream base into skin conformed to Higuchi equation .
