Immune Efficiency of inactivated Vaccine of Porcine Parvovirus and Pseudorabies Virus

Abstract

The immune efficiency test of inactivated vaccine of Porcine Parvovirus and Pseudorabies virus showed that PPV HI titers were over 1∶320(1∶320~1∶640 in)after sows were immunized and PRV Micro-neutralization indexs of antibody were over 1400.The result also proved that inactivated vaccine could protect sows from PPV and PRV infection.
